what is actually mean?

As a parent we should more careful about our words , energy that we are giving to our children.

In today’s world it is difficult for parents to fulfill responsibilities as a parent and as a friend of their kids.

Inspire the kids by actions not just telling them….Do in your own life what you really want to do from kids.

2. Spend quality time…..spend quality time with your kids even half an hour will also work. But that time you will be there with your kids as a friend, baccha .Do masti , pillow fight or play some game. Mentally and physically you will be there. No laptop , no phone.

3. Conversation with kids. …Take time to know your kids feelings, emotions. 15 minutes in a day talk to them about their friends, school ,their life.

4. Share you experience….Share your experience, incidents when you were their age. Share your mistakes and failures too.

5. Connection……Make mental and physical connection with them by hugging, giving right energy, saying positive affirmations.

6. Reaction…. No need to react in every situation. Sometimes just keep silent.

7. Discipline…Make Discipline in your home for everyone,  for kids also.No phone , no TV while eating. Keep your things at proper place. Give some small tasks and responsibilities to your kids at their early stage, that will increase their self confidence and capabilities.

8. Decisions…..Motivate kids to take small decisions at their own . As a parent you show the perspective but let them take small decisions at their own according to their age.
